Founded in 2006, Mpact is a global leader advancing equitable access to HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support for gay, bisexual, and queer men — including those living with HIV — while championing their health, dignity, and human rights worldwide.
Over the past two decades, we've partnered with and strengthened more than 120 community-based organizations across more than 60 countries, advancing health equity for queer communities everywhere.

Mpact's greatest strength isn't simply delivering health information. It's building trusted queer leadership that multiplies impact.
While governments and institutions have criminalized or abandoned our queer communities, Mpact cultivates and invests in gay, bisexual, and queer leaders and organizations, strengthening their capacity to protect community health, defend their rights, and build sustainable movements that will outlast crises or short-lived programs. That work is shaped from within the communities we serve — grounded in lived experience, and in the trust that lets people access sexual health support and determine their own futures.

An international group of activists forms The Global Forum on MSM & HIV to confront the disproportionate HIV burden on gay and bisexual men.
The forum becomes Mpact Global Action for Gay Men's Health and Rights, expanding to broader sexual health and human rights work.
With four regional networks under the Robert Carr Fund, Mpact launches the global Right To campaign for the rights of people living with HIV.
QueerVax, Anal About My Health, Prazer para Pessoas HIV+ and the Monkeypox Gay Guide reach communities in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
