Men who have sex with men were organizing an HIV response for their own communities long before institutions arrived to fund one. MSMIT is built on that expertise rather than around it.
It is a practical implementation guide — how to design, staff, and run community-led services, and how to keep community leadership at the center while doing it. Available in five languages, so it travels across the regions it was written for.
